Exchange/Return and Refund
We ensure customer satisfaction by allowing exchanges and returns under the following conditions. You may apply for an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your product.
Conditions for Exchange/Return and Refund:
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from flaws. It is acceptable to try on a product for fit.
- All tags must be intact.
- The exchange or return request must be made within 7 days of purchase.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, including all receipts/invoices and packaging.
- Each product is eligible for a single exchange only.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Exchanges or refunds are not applicable for items discounted by 50% or more or those on Flash Sale.
- For claims regarding damaged or missing items, an unboxing video must be provided for verification.
What if I lose the money receipt/tags?
- If the receipt or invoice is lost, you may provide your purchase contact number for verification.
- Exchanges will not be accepted if the tags or barcode are damaged beyond recognition.

Receiving Incorrect Quantity and Product Mismatch at Delivery:
If you receive an incorrect item or quantity, you must provide an unboxing video as proof. Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or adjust your order accordingly.
